Precautions for the production of ventilation duct equipment

1. Before operation, check that all equipment components and systems are intact, and start an empty machine for a test run. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

2. Ventilation duct equipment must be operated by professional technicians only. Two or more people must work together. No unauthorized personnel are allowed to approach the ventilation duct equipment while it is in operation.

3. Material selection for equipment components. Furthermore, the relative positioning accuracy between parts during assembly is crucial. Failure to meet these requirements can result in additional stress, uneven wear, and other consequences.

5. Proper maintenance. Repairs and maintenance must be performed in accordance with the principles of reasonable processes, cost-effectiveness, and high production efficiency. To ensure repair quality, professional installation and repairs must be performed, or remote guidance from Hyrun Machinery professionals must be provided. Repair processes must be carefully selected and applied, with due attention to pre-repair preparation, adherence to prescribed procedures during the repair process, and post-repair handling.
