Maintenance of bending machine manufacturers' products

I believe many people who purchase press brakes have carefully researched their use, maintenance, and servicing procedures. Below, we'll provide a detailed introduction to the use and maintenance procedures of press brakes to help you better understand the process and quickly get started.

When using a press brake, you must first turn on the power, then press the on/off button on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start. Then, adjust the press brake's shape. During operation, careful adjustments are essential. Always test the press brake before bending. A clearance of the plate thickness must be maintained between the press brake's shape and the bottom of the plate, otherwise damage to the machine and die can occur. Adjustments can be made using both electric and manual adjustments. When selecting the bending notch for the press brake, the manufacturer can select the plate. For example, if you're bending a 4mm plate with an 8x bevel width, select approximately 32mm. The baffle plate on the press brake has two adjustment methods, similar to those used on shears. While the machine is running, simply press the pedal to start. The difference between a bending machine and a shearing machine is that the operator can release the brake at any time, and the machine stops when released, but it will continue to operate even after being engaged.

Before performing maintenance on a bending machine manufacturer's product, the upper and lower dies must be aligned, and the power must be turned off until the work is completed. During equipment maintenance, the hydraulic oil circuit should be inspected first. The oil level in the tank should be checked weekly, including after repairs to the hydraulic system. If the oil level is below the oil window, hydraulic oil must be added. After 2,000 hours of operation, all internal oil in a new bending machine should be replaced. The oil should then be replaced every 4,000 to 6,000 hours, and the oil gun should be thoroughly cleaned after each oil change. The system oil temperature should generally be between 35°C and 60°C, and should not exceed 70°C, otherwise it will affect the oil quality or cause parts to deteriorate or damage. After each oil change, the filter should be replaced or the air filter should be completely removed. It should also be thoroughly cleaned every three months.

After using the bending machine manufacturer's product for one month, each oil pipe elbow should be inspected for deformation. If there is any abnormality, we should replace it in time. After two months of use of the product, the machine should be turned off when doing this work through the joints of all accessories.
