• Material Feeding & Leveling

  Coiled steel strip is automatically fed into the spiral duct machine and precisely leveled to ensure flatness for consistent forming.

• Continuous Spiral Forming

  The strip passes through forming rollers in the spiral duct forming machine, progressively bending it into a continuous spiral profile with precise interlocking seams.

• Seam Locking

  Specialized rollers inside the spiral tube form tight interlock of the seam edges, creating a strong, airtight, and leak-resistant spiral duct structure.

• Automatic Cutting

  Integrated cutting systems (saw or shear) accurately cut the continuously formed spiral duct to predetermined lengths based on programmed settings.

• Finished Duct Ejection

  The completed, rigid round spiral duct section is automatically ejected from the production line, ready for further processing or installation using a spiral duct fitting machine when needed.
