The standard setup consists of two electric decoiler cradles with four material support trays (each capable of holding 5-7 ton coils), one support rack, one Line 2 main host unit, a mechanical arm for gripping, positioning, and transferring sheets, one displacement-type Pittsburgh lock forming machine, one duplex TDF flange forming machine, one duplex angle-steel flange forming machine, one servo-driven feeding platform, one hydraulic folding and bending machine, and a complete computer control system.
