1. The exhaust pipe end of the safety valve should be shaped like an Ω or T, with the discharge port facing the safe area. A shut-off valve may be installed between the safety valve and the equipment. During operation, it must be in the fully open position and sealed with lead.
2. Spiral ducts passing through walls or floors should be equipped with steel casings, and welds must not be placed inside the casings. The casings should be flush with the wall or floor or the bottom of the floor, but should be 20mm above the ground. The space between the spiral duct and the casing should be filled with insulation or other non-combustible materials and should not be used as a support for the duct.
1. The dust collector must be installed and removed in the correct, secure, and stable position. The inlet and outlet directions must meet design requirements, with a maximum vertical deviation of 2mm per meter and a total deviation of no more than 10mm.
2. The inlet and outlet of the spiral duct and dust collector should be straight, and the cylinder exhaust pipe should be coaxial with the low-pressure pipe below the cone, with an eccentricity of no more than 2mm.
3. The allowable deviation of the outer diameter or rectangular dimensions of the spiral duct and dust collector barrel shall not exceed 5%. The inner and outer surfaces shall be flat, smooth, and have uniform curvature.
1. The exposed portion of the fan spiral duct drive mechanism shall be protected by a protective cover. When the fan's air inlet or inlet duct is directly connected to the atmosphere, a protective net or other safety measures shall be installed.
2. If the base of the fan spiral duct is placed directly on the foundation without a damping device, it shall be flush with the paired inclined sizing blocks.
3. The inlet and outlet ducts of the fan spiral duct shall be supported separately and securely connected to the foundation or other structure. When connecting the fan spiral duct to the fan, the flange surfaces shall not be pulled or squeezed, and the casing shall not bear the weight of other components to prevent deformation.
