1. What international certifications and standards do your products meet?

We produce machinery and equipment in strict compliance with international standards, including:  

CE certification, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.  

According to the requirements of different export countries, we can also provide localized certification support such as GOST (Russia), CSA (Canada), and so on.  


2. How to ensure the quality and reliability of machinery and equipment?

Implement multi-stage testing (including material strength test, welding non-destructive testing, dynamic load test, etc.) from raw material procurement to finished product shipment.  

Cooperate with authoritative organizations (e.g. SGS, TÜV) to provide independent inspection reports.  

Simulate operation under extreme working conditions to ensure that equipment life is in line with contractual commitments.  


3. Can we customize the machinery and equipment according to our needs?

Yes, we provide a flexible customization service:  

Customized production according to the drawings, working condition parameters or technical specifications provided by customers, or OEM production, and protect customers' intellectual property rights throughout the process.  


4. How to arrange logistics transportation and installation support?

For machines shipped in bulk, the packing is wooden case packing, and for machines shipped in full container we will fix the machine with ropes in the container to prevent the bumps on land and sea. We can send engineers to guide the installation, commissioning and provide operation training.  


5. What is the after-sales service and warranty policy?

Standard 12-24 months (depending on the type of equipment), free replacement of non-man-made damaged parts during the warranty period.  

Provide remote technical support, necessary to go to the customer's factory after the warranty period to provide paid parts supply and maintenance services, price transparency.  


6. What are the payment methods? Does it support installment or letter of credit?

We accept T/T, L/C payment. 30% deposit, 70% final payment before shipment.

7. How long does the delivery / lead time usually take?

For standard voltage machines we usually have stock, for customized machines it takes 30~50 working days to finish the machine. We could provide expedited service if customers needed.


8. How can I get the technical data and operation manual of the machine?

The machine will be sent together with the operation manual, and we also provide detailed installation and commissioning videos for customers' reference.
